    Private and Semi-Private Studio Pilates is an appointment based service, designed specifically for the needs of your body. Perfect for injury rehabilitation, elite conditioning and post-pregnancy, Studio sessions use a mix of Pilates apparatus and encourage you to learn about yourself and create a stronger, more functional body through conscious movement.
